Made-to-orderΒ orΒ custom piecesΒ may require additional production time depending on the designer or customization requested. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

All orders are sent viaΒ insured FedEx serviceΒ and require aΒ signature upon delivery.

  • Second Day Air:Β 2 business days
  • Overnight (Next-Day Air):Β 1 business dayΒ (Saturday delivery not included)
  • Orders over $1,500:Β FreeΒ FedEx OvernightΒ shipping
  • Orders under $1,500:Β Standard rates calculated at checkout

All packages areΒ insuredΒ andΒ signature requiredΒ for secure delivery.

Every Bevy order arrives beautifully packaged.
Complimentary gift wrappingΒ is available β€” simply select the option at checkout or include a note with your order.

The Bevy is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you need to update an address, contact us immediately atΒ hello@shopthebevy.comΒ β€” we’ll assist if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Once a package has beenΒ delivered and signed for, The Bevy’s insurance coverage ends.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.

For hotel or alternate addresses, coverage ends once signed for by the recipient or front desk.

Web Order Cancellations

Orders placed throughΒ shopthebevy.comΒ may beΒ cancelled withinΒ 24 hoursΒ of placement.
After 24 hours, orders are processed as placed and cannot be cancelled.

AllΒ custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-orderΒ pieces areΒ final saleΒ andΒ non-returnable. Because these items are crafted or modified specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Items must:

  • BeΒ unused, unworn, and inΒ original packaging
  • ShowΒ no signs of wear or alterationΒ (at The Bevy’s discretion)
  • Include theΒ original receipt or proof of purchase

If conditions aren’t met, The Bevy reserves the right to deny the return or exchange.

Eligible in-stock items may beΒ returned within 7 business daysΒ of delivery.
After 7 business days, returns are not accepted.

Approved returns are subject to aΒ $165 restocking fee, deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges are consideredΒ case-by-caseΒ at The Bevy’s discretion.

  1. ContactΒ hello@shopthebevy.comΒ withinΒ 7 business daysΒ of delivery.
  2. Receive aΒ Return AuthorizationΒ and instructions within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive aΒ prepaid, insured return label.
  4. Package carefully β€” items damaged in transit due to poor packaging may not be accepted.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Custom, resized, engraved, or special-order pieces
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
